My home is very quaint and comfortable. You will feel right at home the moment you enter the house. We have a new out door shower for you to enjoy after a day at the beach. There is a wonderful patio space outside in the back yard to enjoy your morning coffee, afternoon cocktails and dinners. The home sits 2 blocks over from the Inter Coastal Waterway. We are 3 miles to the beach. You can walk to the river from my home. Centrally located to all Daytona has to offer. Home fully equipped.

In ourbeachfront complex, our unit is directly poolside so you can walk right out to the pool deck. This family friendly condo was fully renovated in 2023 & is equipped with everything you need to feel at home. Note: March-May of 2026 Volusia County is replenishing the sand on the beach and a dredging tube will run the length of the beach for that time.
