We spent 2 years completely renovating everything and tried to leave as much of the boat’s original personality intact while adding modern amenities. This perfect St Johns River house has a dock and boat slip on the river, then also has an additional dock with boat parking on the canal on the other side of the house. A nice deck with a jacuzzi that you can relax in next to the river. Enjoy the sunset or go fishing right off the dock. Bring your boat and take a ride to Silver Glen Springs. Beaches and Daytona speedway are a 40 minute drive. Disney, Universal, and Sea World are just over an hour away.

There are 2 springs both 5 minutes from the house, Salt Springs & Silver Glen Springs. Beautiful Juniper Springs, Silver Springs and Alexander Springs are all a hop, skip, and jump away. Bring your fishing poles and mosey down to the boathouse and try your luck fishing right in the backyard at the canal.

Enjoy great ocean views on no-driving beach, 1 hr. from Orlando. Ideal for couple. Small pet may be ok (must be contained to house and our yard). Had an unexpected cancellation due to tenant illness for January 2026.
