This is a beautiful vacation home with outdoor swimming pool on the private estate "De Kleikamp". The remodeled farm has a thatched roof and is located in the gorgeous country side close to the river the Issel, near the small town of Olst, 20 minutes from the city of Deventer. The lovely house consists of 4 bedrooms and a sleeping loft. One of the bedrooms is downstairs, making it ideal for people that have difficulty walking upstairs. There are 4 bathrooms, a living room with dining area and a kitchen. There is a barn with a carport for 2 cars, and plenty of parking in the circular driveway. The heated swimming pool has the unique feature of a cover that can be open or closed, so it can be used in any kind of weather. There is a pool house with shower, toilet, outdoor hot shower and changing room. The estate consists of 20 acres of beauty and includes a very large yard, a meadow with a pond and part of a forest with hiking trails. The home can accommodate 10 people and is perfect for entertaining and for families and friends with children. Last summer our parents moved out of this beautiful remodeled farm house. We, the five daughters, love this house and want to keep it in the family. We decided to make it available as a vacation rental so we can enjoy it and share the peace and quite of this unique place with others. Kamperen in de boomgaard van Boerderij Heetcole, aan de IJssel Slaap tussen de appelbomen, onder de sterren, met uitzicht over de IJssel. In onze boomgaard staat een De Waard-tent, ingericht met 2 persoons bokspringbed, pizza-oven en vuurkorf. Je hebt een eigen wc en keukentje/wasplek in de schuur, met de mogelijkheid om douche en bad te gebruiken. Pluk zelf een appeltje of kook iets uit de moestuin. Dichtbij (station) Zutphen en Deventer, met een strandje aan de IJssel op 5 minuten fietsen.

Altijd al willen logeren in één van de oudste huizen van Deventer? In mijn sprookjesachtige huis (een rijksmonument uit 1621) is gelukkig nog veel van de historie in tact; de hoge voorkamer, de lage oude gebinten op de 1e verdieping (pas op je hoofd) en de prachtige nisjes. Delen uit het huis stammen zelfs uit de 14e eeuw en hebben de grote stadsbrand in die eeuw overleeft. Het huis staat in een rustig straatje op steenworp afstand vande IJssel en de beste restaurants die Deventer bezit.

Wil je lekker ontspannen en zelf kunnen bepalen wat je doet dan ben je bij ons aan het juiste adres! We hebben een volledig zelfstandig vakantiehuisje(45m2) naast ons huis waar je heerlijk kunt genieten. Het huisje heeft een eigen ingang en is voorzien van een eigen complete keuken, badkamer en een aparte slaapkamer. Onze vakantiewoning ligt in Gietelo bij Voorst. Vanaf hier is het prachtig wandelen en fietsen of bezoek Zutphen, Deventer of Apeldoorn.

Sleep in an old barn at Wezeveld Estate

This unique accommodation has a style all of its own. In a side room of this national monumental farm a beautiful guesthouse has been realized. In this former stable there is now plenty of room for 4 people + a baby. The low beamed ceiling (2.15 to the beams) gives a cozy and atmospheric feeling. The 80m2 outdoor space offers both sun and shade and is equipped with a picnic table with parasol and lounge sofa.

Directe toegang tot wandelpaden en fietsroutes. Gelegen nabij Apeldoorn, met Deventer, Bussloo en Paleis Het Loo op slechts 15 minuten rijden.

Onze karakteristieke woning is ruim (250m2) en gezinsvriendelijk, in alle rust en comfort kunt u deze zomer van ons huis en tuin genieten. Onze leefkeuken is van alle gemakken voorzien. De grote tuin (1500m2) op het zuiden is een natuurlijke oase van rust en de trampoline en speelhuis staan klaar voor de kinderen. De Hanzestad Deventer ligt op 10 autominuten van Terwolde.
