Kores boutique houses - Ekaterini

The KORES boutique houses are an independent, self-catering lodging of two furnished residences that have been specially developed in a completely renovated multi-storey medieval building, in the traditional district of Topanas, on the western side of the old Venetian harbor of Chania.Both residences are enchanting houses with hospitable rooms in light and frugal lines. The harmony of spaces in levels, the arches, erratic walls, the galleries and Venetian walls that constitute a part of the house, create an astonishing cluster of medieval architecture in the two residences with the names "Aspasia" and "Ekaterini". "Aspasia" occupies the ground floor and the first floor of the lodging and consists of: The ground floor with a double bedded bedroom and another with a couch – bed, and a bathroom with open shower. The first floor with the living room, the dining room and open-plan kitchen, two bathrooms with closed showers, a master bedroom in the loft and a bedroom with two single beds below. "Ekaterini" occupies the second and third floor of the lodging and consists of: The second floor with the living room, dining room and open plan kitchen, a bedroom with two single beds, a den with the “Turkish” couch that can easily host a 5th individual in the residence if necessary and a bathroom with a closed shower. The rooms of the second floor have access to a garden with a dining table, six chairs and an umbrella offering ample shade. The third floor with a master bedroom and its private terrace with a couch, a patio table and sun beds give the opportunity to guests to enjoy relaxation in the sun and the unhindered views of traditional backstreets, roofs and lofts of buildings, and of the mountains in the south.

19th century ottoman (40 square meter) house, fully restored in 2021, placed in a peaceful little village near Kissamos (Kasteli), 55 minutes from Chania airport. Relaxing and minimal with boho vibes, ready to host stylish couples, friends, lonely travelers, or even small and flexible families (sofas can be used as small beds for children). Open mountain view from the rummy terrace. A private front yard with shadow ready to host your breakfast or a dinner under a starry sky in full privacy.

Traditional stone house

Renovated- traditional 100 year old stone house (74, 91 sq.m.) reminiscent of a shelter. Settled in a small village named Zourva, at an altitude of 650 m. in the heart of the White Mountains. Furnished, with air-conditioning, fully equipped kitchen, TV and energy fireplace for cold winter nights. Two large balconies with stunning views of the cypress forest and Tromarissa gorge. There are two taverns in the village, and also two beautiful hiking paths for those who love hiking.

Mekia house is located in a peaceful environment with wonderful panoramic view to the western sea and the sunset from all places of the house. Our guests can enjoy the starry sky in the private outdoor jacuzzi. Mekia house is made with passion for those who love hearing the sound of the sea and watching the colors of the sunset. Located just 300 meters from the sea, very close to the famous Elafonisi (13km), Falassarna (30km) and Mpalos(40km) beaches.

The complex Althea Maisonettes is located at the hill's edge of the ancient city "Aptera" and proudly overlooks the serene charm of Souda Bay.A breathtaking view of the sea and the mountain where you can enjoy the senses,peace and quite of the area. Althea maisonettes in Aptera are really close to the National highway road (1,6 km by car),so there as easy access to the city of Chania and Rethymno as well as all the popular beaches of the island.

Our newly renovated quiet and cozy house is located in traditional Village of Kallithea,is fully furnished and equipped with everything you might need during your stay. Nearby is Tavronitis which is a village with taverns, kafenions, pharmacy, hairdresser, dry-cleaning, ATMs, drugstore and several supermarkets. There is frequently bus service from Chania every 15 minutes.
