Our studio apartment is located in the old town of Rab directly in the Middle street (Srednja ul) looking to the Down street (Donja ulica) and the Forum Pub which we recomand for the best cocktails in Rab. Due to its location it is also perfect for couples exploring the old town of Rab. The apartment consists of bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, and is equiped with aircondition, TV, free Wifi. All of our guests can park for free on the huge parking Brdo cca 8 minutes walking distance to the apartment.

The View-studio apartment Mošćenice

This studio apartment for two is situated above Mošćenicka Draga. The best thing about studio is magnificent view on the Kvarner gulf which you will never forget. You have 4 km of road from the Adriatic sea and from the one of the most beautiful beaches in Croatia...Sipar in Mošćenička Draga and 1,2km from Mošćenice. There is a way through the wood by foot and you are on the beach in 15 min . Car recomended. Except the view you can enjoy peaceful area without many poeple and see real Croatia.

The house is surrounded by trees and offers an unobstructed view of the sea. Pets are not allowed, nor is smoking in the apartment. It is accessible for disabled. Heated pool (May-October) : 8x4m, depth 1,5m. Sat TV, WiFi, A/C, safe, parking, fireplace/grill, terrace, deck chairs and a parasol by the pool.

You can try your hand at catching brown trout at sunrise or take a walk / bike ride by the riverbed since the river Gacka is short walk away (500 m). Visit world famous National Park Plitvice Lakes (45 min drive), take a hike on Velebit (40 min drive) or visit the birth place of electricity inventor N. Tesla. The setting is ideal for relaxing stress free vacation.

Senj has neither industry nor pollutants. The guests in Senj feel safe. There is no danger of the crime - you can safely walk around during the day and at night. Senj is not a typical tourist destination; there are no big hotels or crowds. On the beaches and in the restaurants you can always find a place. Senj is interesting for guests traveling to Dalmatia, the Dalmatian islands and Dubrovnik, so they can take a break halfway.

The beach Prva Draga is just 3 minutes away with a nice walk. Private parking place is right next by the apartment. Calm and quiet neighbourhood ideal for people who want to have a soothing and relaxing stay.

Ovaj apartman nalazi se 2 minute hoda od plaže i starog grada. Pruža jedan od najljepših pogleda na stari grad. Ima besplatan parking. Opremljen je s TV-om ravnog ekrana ,klimom te besplatnim WIFI. Na udaljenosti 50 km nalaze se Plitvička jezera, dok se grad Senj nalazi 40 km, a luka Rijeka 100 km zapadno od apartmana.

Distance from the sea is 250 m and the nearest town is 5 km but you have 2 restaurants and a mini market near the apartment. It is an ideal place for a peacefull vacation and relax.
