Studio is brand new, fully renovated and equipped with new and quality furniture. Special attention was paid to the comfort of the bed. The kitchen contains everything you need, and all devices are new and quality. The bathroom is comfort and light created for relaxation time. Car is recommended, although you can easily reach the beach and the center on a bike.

Only 5 minutes walking distance from the historic town center and 10 minutes from the beach makes it quick and easy for you to access everything you need during your holiday. Vrsar is a small coastal town on the west coast of Istria that has lovely beaches, wonderful coastline and great cousine and provides many tourist activities and cultural and sporting opportunities.

Our tiny house is self-standing(26m2). House is positioned in the green recreational area next to bike and jogging trail just 450 meter from beautiful natural attraction Lim Fjord or just 1 km from Vrsar marine and public beach. It has private parking, open terrace, grill and nice garden(500m2) with olive trees. Garden and house have plethora of sun during the whole day. It's equipped with kitchenette, washing machine, linen and towels, WIFI, TV and air conditioning.

Villa Rotonda

With the nice weather the garden is obviously the favorite part of the house to spend time. You can cool yourself down in the pool, or you can enjoy preparing your food in the cosy summer kitchen with the traditional open fireplace. The outdoor dining space is perfect to spend warm evenings in a good company. All of this is even better when you can enjoy the spectacular views and greenery that surrounds our beautiful villa. The garden has a lawn irrigation system.

Breezy flat in the middle of the old town with dreamy seaview and great amenities. Air-conditioned throughout and recently refurbished, this space is a few minutes on foot from literally everything Rovinj has to offer. Disclaimer - the big downfall are the awfully steep steps that lead to it - not for the faint - hearted or guests with reduced mobility.
