Set amongst pohutukawa trees, this original 50's holiday house is located right on Whangamata beach. Enjoy unobstructed views of the ocean from the deck and huge front lawn. The famous Whenuakura (Donut Is.) is opposite as well as Hauturu Motu (Clark Is.), accessible on foot at low tide - a Kiwi rite of passage. Minutes to the local shops, bars and cafes and a short walk to the nearest convenience store. A great children's playground can be found at Island View Reserve at the end of the road.

Shops 200m down the road, beach within throwing distance, your options are endless. Front room has a queen bed, the other has two singles and a double bunk with a single over it. Additional warm shower out the back to clean off the salt and sand is a real asset
