There is a small electric heater..a wood fire and electric blanket. separate kitchen with gas burner and small fridge. outdoor bathroom not too far away. . Lots of great walks, and close to bike trail..12km from the beach If you like animals and a bit of outdoor space you will like it here. (there can be insects and spiders)

'The Pod' Waihi Beach North End - Perfect Getaway!

Located at the vibrant north end of Waihi Beach, this cozy and comfortable Pod offers the perfect retreat for a couple or solo traveler. Just a 3-minute walk to the beach, you'll love the prime location. Nearby, you'll find popular cafes like Flatwhite and Beach House Cafe, along with the RSA, Surf Club, Waihi Beach Hotel plus a service station all within easy walking distance. The Pod is the ideal getaway, offering both relaxation and easy access to everything Waihi Beach has to offer.

Waihi Beach House Studio Unit

Self contained, fully carpeted studio unit. Very private. Not suitable for children or mobile infants. Waihi Beach is a short walk away from the studio unit. There are numerous cafes and restaurants nearby in the village all walking distance if required. During the winter season however some of the cafes and restaurants do close mid week. Please let me know if you require anything. There are two small dogs on the property but are contained in a seperate area from the studio unit.

The North End Studio

The North End Studio is a purpose built studio unit, with a separate entrance along a private boardwalk. Well thought out and with some homely touches it has everything you need for a relaxing getaway. The kitchenette is equipped with a 2 burner induction cooktop, microwave, grill press and BBQ, perfect for self catering. The studio has extensive wrap around decking for al fresco dining, surrounded by beautiful native gardens, perfect for that relaxing afternoon drink.

The Blue Bach

The Bach is light, modern, comfortable, within walking distance of beach and village. Sit on the deck and watch the sun go down over the hills, stroll a few hundred metres to the golden sand beach, or across the common to the village for coffee and shopping. There is unlimited fibre internet, ducted air conditioning and heating, and linen and bath-towels are provided. Please bring your own beach-towels. Maximum occupancy is 4 guest. No smoking, camping, or events.

It is an entire self contained Studio, with its own entrance, private courtyard and off street parking. Centrally located, it is a short 5 minute walk to the Beach, Restaurants, Bars, and the quaint and quirky Waihi Beach Village.

Our comfortable one bedroom unit has pleasant rural views. We are located in a usually quiet hill-top cul de sac, about 1 km from the beach (North end). You have your own private lounge, bathroom, kitchenette and outdoor deck. We're not far from the Hauraki Rail Trail. We're within easy travel of the Coromandel, the Waikato and Bay of Plenty.
