Just South of Franz Josef township our country homestead is surrounded by green pastures, a stunning glacial backdrop. Tui's perched on the flax bushes, Cheeky Keas occasionally making appearances. Amazing views of the southern alps from different points in and around the house. This is a unique space with a homely feel by the sea in a friendly and welcoming community.

With recent renovations and ongoing upgrades to our charming two storey home we are located within walking distance to Fox Glacier's town center. Boasting four spacious bedrooms, mountain and farmland views. Perfect for families and groups with expansive open plan kitchen living and dining space for spending quality time. The building is steeped in history, currently living its second life as the first floor once stood as a working woolshed on a near by farm in the mid 1900's.

A three bedroom house. The living area is upstairs to make the most of the views of the Okarito Lagoon, Beach and Mountains. The main bedroom is upstairs with great views. Downstairs is a bedroom, bathroom and then a few steps down brings you into a converted garage that is the third bedroom, complete with a dart board. There is space for people to hang out downstairs playing darts, or you can sit and admire the views from the living area upstairs.
