Misty Mountain Hut-Ruapehu is located in the sleepy little village of Rangataua, 5 minutes distance to Mountain road going up to the Turoa skifield and Ohakune. The 1 bedroom colonial villa has a beautiful view of the mountain. Unlimited wifi and a new firebox with plenty of firewood and a heat pump ensure you are warm in winter. My favourite time here is summer for amazing walks/cycling up mountains to enjoy majestic views. Misty Mountain Hut supports local staff by paying $40/hr for cleaning.

The chalet has three generous bedrooms, functional kitchen with dishwasher, dining table for 8 people and comfortable lounge with large windows to soak up the all day sun. Great for families. High quality linen, towels and WIFI provided. Bedrooms are as follows - Queen sized bed (downstairs - Bedroom 1) - Double bed & King single bed (upstairs - Bedroom 2) - Queen sized bed + two singles (upstairs - Bedroom 3) The large deck is great for entertaining and enjoying views of Mt Ruapehu.

Tau Studio is a boutique style chalet with a modern stylish decor and a hint of luxury. Everything is provided including top quality linen. It is very spacious but also has a lovely cosy, warm feel. Taihape is a farming town and with the Main Highway going right through it's centre, plenty of choice for dining out. Taihape is commonly Warm summer and cold winter weather. We cater for both.

This one bedroom apartment is on the ground floor of our family home (we live on the 2nd and 3rd floors). It is in the middle of Ohakune, halfway between Turoa Junction and Ohakune centre. They're a walks close by, Turoa is 20 minutes drive away and we have a list of walks that are nearby and suit a range of people.
