This is a very sunny house throughout the year with over 400 square metres of manicured lawn and, has parking for four cars.

77 McGrath is a renovated bungalow in Napier South with a modern, contemporary feel and great indoor/outdoor living. Being a kiwi house, we have a good sized deck, great BBQ and outdoor area. Our place is private and fully fenced with large automatic gates, so great for kids. We are big on comfort, good beds, quality bedlinen, and large sofa's made for sinking into after a day at the vineyards. We are one street back from the beach (2min walk) and a 20 min stroll (1.9km) to the centre of town.

Located at the quieter south end of Riversdale, just across the road from the beach. Walk through the gate to a special unique space! The main house offers a comfortable king size bed, kitchen with modern appliances, spacious living and dining area. Step outside onto the large deck to 3 extra rooms. Studio 1 - 2 rooms, one with a Queen sized bed and the other has bunk beds with an adjoining bathroom/shower, between them. Studio 2 - large studio with sofa, queen sized bed and ensuite.

All day sunshine and a lovely place to relax in the evening out back on the deck.

The Pavilion

So close to the village, yet set in the countryside there are lambs in Spring and apple trees next door. Eggs are laid by our own chooks, bread, muesli and preserves are homemade. We'll suggest places to visit and restaurants if you want to dine out. Cool off in the pool in summer or take an expertly led yoga class! Take a trip to Hastings or Napier or walk the miles of tracks in Te Mata Park. Ocean Beach is just 15 minutes away and the Sunday Farmers Market just 10!

BellaMonte Vista

A stone throw from Napier's stunning Botanical Gardens and close to Ahuriri's popular restaurants, cafes, bars and sandy beach; BellaMonte has views, and off-street parking that can accommodate small boats. Located on Hospital Hill it's a five minute drive into the city. Two double bedrooms with queen size beds and a bedroom with bunks. Enjoy glimpsing visiting ships on the bay. A spacious bathroom and comfortable lounge makes it a home away from home.

Architecturally designed townhouse in Lansdowne with a brand new kitchen, quality furnishings, crockery and hotel-style linen, plus extremely comfortable beds for a great night’s sleep. Comfortable living spaces and a private patio make it ideal for relaxing or entertaining. A perfect base to explore the Wairarapa, including Mt Holdsworth (20 mins), Pūkaha / Mt Bruce (30 mins), Martinborough (45 mins) and Castlepoint or Riversdale beaches (45 mins).

Pet friendly, fully fenced, 4 bedrooms plus study home located about 20 minute's walk to the beach, the local store/takeaway, the Cosie Club where you can enjoy a drink and a meal, the tennis court, the skate park and the playground. The property is fully fenced with a lovely front private courtyard as well as a back yard. The kitchen/dining/lounge space is open plan with TV and air conditioning. Good off-street parking. No use of the garage.

Walk to the square in 5 minutes! With this three-bedroom house, you'll be close to everything. Plenty of off-street parking is available, and there is space for a nice game of backyard cricket. A cosy family home where you can relax with a good glass of wine on the spacious, private back deck. We are happy to accommodate pets, but please let us know when booking. The backyard is fully fenced so great spot for furry friends.
