Centrally-located Tabakea is 3 min drive or 15-20 min walk to the beach, and about the same to the Wharf precinct in town. And the supermarket is only 5 min walk. Goolwa has lots to explore: beaches, the river including the unique Coorong as well as the historic township. In the region you can visit wineries, national parks & much more.

A lovingly restored 70’s beach shack perched on the edge of the iconic Deep Creek national park. The property is set up to maximise the beauty of the surrounding environment: laze in the hammock, cook a meal over the roaring coals in the fire pit, have the best sleep of your life in the cozy beds lined with French linen or bathe under the amazing night sky. Maunder Cottage Aldinga Township

We recognize the Kaurna people whose land holds our little cottage. Situated in Aldinga Township Maunder Cottage is a beautiful stone cottage that is self contained. It has one bedroom with Queen size bed. It has a fully renovated bathroom with a deep bath suitable for two people. The walls in the lounge room are made from limestone dug from the property. The building itself used to be the vets. We live in the house adjacent to the cottage. Our home was built in 1842.

Kangaroo Corner - cottage with reservoir views

Kangaroo Corner is a cosy 3 bedroom cottage with panoramic views of the beautiful Myponga Reservoir. This peaceful retreat is a nature lovers delight, surrounded by native grasses and bushland, with a thriving community of resident kangaroos who graze, play and snooze just 20-50m from the back fence. The cottage has 3 spacious bedrooms with beds for up to 8 people. The new kitchen is well equipped for cooking with gorgeous area for dining both inside and out.

Welcome to the Apple Shed Studio

A private tranquil space that sits at the bottom of our beautiful garden opposite the Hindmarsh River walk which is often frequented by bird watchers. Perfect for couples that appreciate the magic of nature, with frogs croaking at your doorstep and an abundance of bird life to enjoy. Just a short 5 min drive to the Esplanade of Victor Harbor where you can hop on the historic Cockle Train to Goolwa or ride on the horse drawn tram to breathtaking Granite Island.

Highlands House c1853, is a charming heritage cottage and reportedly the first residential dwelling in Goolwa. The house oozes character but doesn’t compromise on comfort, as it comes with modern amenities. The cottage boasts a large private and secure yard, perfect for bird watching or to share with children and pets. Summer nights offer an amazing space to BBQ , in winter relax around the fire pit or have a cosy night in front of the log burner.
