Historic cabin located just blocks from Grand Lake, the town beach, playground, and the boardwalk with shops and restaurants. Enjoy it's full kitchen,BBQ,firepit,canoe,and bike. The 3rd bedroom is a sleeping porch that can easily accommodate four. Our family has been living here full time for the past 4 years during which cabin has been remodeled. Brown Cabin: Rustic Mountain Home w/Views

Built in 1931, Brown Cabin is filled with wonderful reminders of that era including a large stone fireplace and many period furnishings and art work. A rustic 1850 sq ft four bedroom, two bath cabin w/views of the river and Longs Peak from the covered porch. It has one King, two Queens, two Twins, and a pullout sofa + futon in the living room. It is a great place for a family getaway in the mountains.
