In addition, the vibrant city centre of Krems with its coffee shops, confectionaries and bars and the Campus Krems are within walking distance.

We've been welcoming guests from all over the world in our little guesthouse in southern Krems (9km to City Centre!) since 2019. The guesthouse is located in our property, but it has it's own entrance and it's a few meters away from our home. There is a little arbor where you can sit outdoors . Unsere Ferienwohnung ist rund 80m2 groß, hat 2 Schlafzimmer (mit je 1 Doppelbett und 1 Einzelbett), Bad, Toilette, Stube, Küche, einen großen Gemeinschaftsraum mit einem Schwedenofen (Holz gegen Aufpreis) und Garten. Du verfügst über einen eigenen Eingang, bestens ausgestattete Küche m. Geschirrspüler und Kühlschrank. Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Fön, Bügeleisen, Bügelbrett, Wäscheständer, Bücher, Spiele, SAT TV und Radio sind vorhanden.

The newly built house is located in a quiet location 20km outside of Linz. The best and easiest way to reach it is via the motorway A7 exit Engerwitzdorf or by train from the station Lungitz. You have the whole first floor to yourself: The bedroom is lockable. You have your own bathroom with a bathtub and your own living room with a desk and TV. You can also use the pool. Final cleaning for free.
