The 2-story, tin-roof cabin sleeps 14 and boasts 4 cozy bedrooms (a master on both levels!), 2 baths, a stocked kitchen, dining area. Enjoy the rocking chairs and hanging bed on the front porch. There’s also a swim pier, boat dock, fire pit, piano. Located 40 min from Birmingham. Bring your own boat or rent one nearby.

Enjoy the rocking chair porch in the foothills of the Warrior Mountains with a treehouse view of bird habitat in every direction. Private ... no other houses in sight. Hand built construction by Mark who felled each tree from our own land and built this cabin literally with his own two hands. The wrap around deck we call "Sally's Deck". Hurricane Sally provided the wood when she deposited a pile of docks on our Ft Morgan property. The natural wood interior is lovely! One of a kind!

Swim platform with anchors for boat tie off, neighborhood boat launch, kayaks, stand-up paddle board, gas outdoor grill, fire pit with wood, cornhole set, Bluetooth speaker included. Non-refundable pet fee of $250. No more than 2 pets and breeds must be pre-approved.

The American Dream is perched on a beautiful bluff offering dynamic peaceful lake views of seasonal waterfalls and the Bankhead National Forest. We do have 63 steps down to our two slip boat dock where you can tie-up your own vessel during your stay. We are located on year round deep water (avg. 30ft deep) 5 minute drive from Clear Creek Recreation Area/ boat launch.
