We’re a 10-minute walk to the Purisima Open Space trail network. This cozy apartment occupies the lower floor of our home & includes a private entrance and parking, access to a shared picnic & BBQ area.

PLEASE NOTE- we live in a 3 story home and this unit is on the lower level of our home. Also available in a 2 bedroom, this suite features a spacious living room with a fire place, flatscreen TV & a kitchenette with most everything you will need to feel at home. A nice large bedroom with a quality queen bed & linens, a large bathroom with a double sink, tub and shower. The private entrance leads to a patio with stunning views and quiet space. There is a second sunning patio do dine and rest.

LAFAYETTE STAND-ALONE COTTAGE HIDEAWAY

This is a charming stand alone cottage next to the main house with its own private entrance. You'll have access to an acre of garden which you are welcome to relax in. It has a full size fridge with a stackable washer dryer The property is 11 minutes from the Lafayette BART and 7 minutes from Walnut Creek town center by car. Briones Wildlife Park is less than a mile away. We have 4 cats and two small dogs. Pets are welcome but we ask for large dogs to be on leash. TESLA charging available.

This upscale three bedroom home sits on a large grassy lot. Featuring a master suite with king bed overlooking the sky blue pool, dine in the fully equipped kitchen, work remote at our comfortable work station, lounge on the spacious patio, warm up at the fireplace or fire pit, barbecue, or walk on nearby canal trail.
