This unique modern barn crafted by hand in the quiet and beautiful South Hills of Eugene. It has easy access to hiking and running trails, highly rated restaurants, cafes and natural food stores. This convenient yet secluded Owl Road Barn is set back on our spring fed unique 4 acre property that is boardering on the 385 acre Spencer butte park, offering solitude. Escape to "The McKenzie Zen Den", a luxury waterfront river cabin. One of the few rare properties built on the banks of the McKenzie River, so close you can fish from the deck! Downstairs is a riverside bedroom, full modern kitchen, and a full bath with a large custom walkin shower. Upstairs has a large bedroom, desk nook, and a half-bath.

The home, with its surrounding beauty, extensive walking trails, river access, and quick access to town, serves as an excellent place to gather, celebrate, and play. This is the perfect place to host a family and even a work retreat! We just added a hot tub.

The bungalow is pet friendly:) We are 20-30 minutes from everything Springfield/Eugene. I am a University of Oregon Alum and former Duck Athlete. We Follow our Ducks faithfully and enjoy meeting fans of our opponents:)
