A quick 1/2 mile to the beach, walk or bike to the gorgeous white sand & emerald waters or head into the quaint Town of Seaside for dining & entertainment. Miles of forest trails, pedestrian paths, boutiques, cuisine & more are all steps from your door. House comes with 2 bikes and shared saltwater pool access.

Dune Villa - Santa Rosa Beach /30-A

Dune Villa is located on the west end of 30-A. Our stand alone guest house has a private entrance with guest parking, full kitchen, laundry, queen size bed, bathroom and outdoor shower. Beach chairs/umbrella, beach towels, cooler, and two bicycles are provided. Just around the corner from Stinky’s Fish Camp, Santa Rosa Golf Club, Topsail State Park, Coastal Dune Lakes and Gulf Place Town Center. The perfect vacation rental for quick trips to the beach, business trips, or an extended vacation.

You can swim, fish, or float as much you like and walk as far as you can see. 5 minutes away you can take a walk down the quaint city of Florala which offers many antique stores and the beautiful Lake Jackson. Visit Destin with its white sand beaches, Ponce de Leon & Vortex Springs, or the scenic creeks at Bear Paw & Econfina for a fun day of tubing and swimming!

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway cabin on 11 acres/2 beautiful ponds. Only 15 minutes away from the most beautiful beaches in Florida! Take a walk "outback" on Eglin's Reservation and true Florida nature trails. Visit our horses at the stable; give them a carrot or two. Have a horse? Bring him with you! We board our Horse Guests too! Trail ride your horse one day and go to the beach the next day! Need more rooms? LAKE CABIN and NUT HOUSE Listings are on the property too!

Located on the side of Seaside's Rosewalk; an arrangement of cottages around central courtyard with lush vegetation and pedestrian footpaths. It is a very quiet location perfect for one person or a couple. The bed is located on the second floor loft. Marble countertops and modern appliances. Only 1 bed.

Small in stature but grand in design, this 30A beach house will wow you. Access to neighborhood pool, gym, & the beautiful white sand beaches a few blocks away. Small Waves is set in the Blue Mountain Beach area, which is well-known for its charm, its restaurants, & its famous ice cream shop. We have an EV car charger for electric cars (no extra fee) plus access to an electric golf cart (extra fee). Bedroom has a king size bed & twin bed & there are also 2 twin beds upstairs.

Santa Rosa Beach Tiny House

Secluded on 50 acres in the Firefly forest & less than 1 hour to the Gulf of Mexico beaches, this cabin comes with 2 bedrooms, a full bathroom and kitchen, The covered porch is great for grilling, relaxing and enjoying wildlife. There is a fresh water pond that is stocked and ready for fishing. No off-road vehicles or discharging of firearms. 1 pet allowed. Sorry , no cats are allowed.

Gulfview Heights Beach access is also close to coastal dune lake Draper Lake just a short walk down the beach. $75 pet fee ( per pet, max 2)
