'Unexpected Cottage', a Fenland rural retreat

Detached large yet cosy 2 bedroom house in a hamlet in North Cambridgeshire, bordering Norfolk & Lincolnshire. 1 double bed & 2 single beds. Lounge, dining room & compact yet functional kitchen. 1 downstairs bathroom (towels NOT provided). This is an old farm cottage, and as such is quirky & a bit wonky! Secluded rear garden has a barbecue & outdoor furniture, but paths are quite uneven. Local pub within walking distance. Between Wisbech, the Capital of the Fens & March. 40 miles to the coast.

This is a pleasant light studio in a Georgian townhouse in the centre of historic King's Lynn. You have a shower room and loo and your own kitchen. The bed is a proper size double sofa bed, easy to use. Daytime sofa and bed at night. You have your own front door. Very good wi-fi. It is an easy walk from the rail and bus station. There are great restaurants close by. I want to make your stay enjoyable but I will not be a "hands on" host though we live upstairs and can easily be contacted.

The single level accommodation has a fitted kitchen (with boiling and filtered drinking tap), bathroom with walk-in shower, large lounge with patio door and twin/super king beds. Located on a family run farm, on the Norfolk and Cambridgeshire border; the outskirts of the small historic, Fenland town of Wisbech. Whilst staying with us, guests will be within 500 metres away from fishing lakes, price of fishing is not included but day/night tickets are available. Take a walk around our working farm, viewing our farm animals which include cows,sheep, pigs and chickens! There is also access to a washing machine and dryer if needed by guests.
