No kitchen, but well equipped, incl separate bedroom, full bathroom (NB: SHOWER OVER BATH), small sitting room, secure gated deck, lawn, al fresco seating, BBQ. If you enjoy rural tranquility and a chance to listen to the birds this is the place for you. If you want to be 5 mins away from shops and restaurants - this place is not for you! (it will take you about 20- 30 minutes to get to those)! There is excellent privacy with separate driveway access from the main house.
