The flat is a perfect base for walking or cycling in the South Downs National Park and is within easy reach of Gatwick Airport. Sleeps 4 comfortably with an additional travel cot possible. Well behaved dogs are welcome on leads as there is no fenced area. A travel cot for babies is available.but bedding not provided

The South Downs Way is up a ½ mile track behind the cottage, and we’re 12 miles to the sea, 18 to Goodwood, 30 to Gatwick and 50 from London.

My place is in the middle of the picturesque village of Kirdford ,close to Petworth. You’ll love my place because of the location.We have a wonderful village shop,serving breakfast ,teas ,lunches and amazing ice creams . There are 2 excellent pubs in the village within walking distance . My place is good for couples, business travellers, and families (with kids).

Beautiful quiet studio

The Shorts Farm studio located in the gorgeous Nutbourne Conservation Area in the heart of the Sussex and just a couple of minutes walk from our fantastic Rising Sun village pub. Walking distance from three of our local vineyards. It is quiet and self contained and perfect place to base yourself when visiting the area.

Set in 2 acres of land, this property is centrally located within half hour drive of Brighton, Horsham, Petworth, Arundel, Chichester, Dorking and Gatwick. Guildford and West Wittering are just 40 minutes away.
