At 535m above sea level, the red volcanic soil and a good rainfall ensures a lush environment thrives that is home to a wide range of bird life. The mountain is also home to several vineyards and breweries, a distillery, many many restaurants and cafes, a host of curiosity shops and two farmer and craft markets each month. The mountain caters for those who love nature with many bush walking tracks. It is also the gateway to O’Reillys, Lamington and Binna Burra national parks. This fully self-contained studio is a great place to unwind and relax after a busy day site seeing around the Gold Coast. Located in the suburb of Parkwood, set in a peaceful, tranquil environment. GC Hospital is a 5 min drive or via public transport a 10 min walk to the tram (Parkwood East) and one tram stop away. The light rail takes you as far as Broadbeach or connects you to the main rail link travelling from Robina to Brisbane. The studio is attached to the main house yet very private.

Downstairs features a second bathroom / laundry, fire place, lounge, study & self inflating bed (inflatable bed linen not included), dining & fully equipped kitchen before walking onto a large deck overlooking the rainforest.

Beechmont Mountain View Chalet is a lovingly restored charming home in a beautiful secluded, peaceful location on the edge of the rainforest overlooking Lamington National Park, Mt Warning Springbrook and the Numinbah Valley. This serene location enables you to listen to abundant bird calls and watch the native animals without disturbing them. The chalet offers private and uninterrupted views of the surrounding area. A rustic studio attached to the family home, with its own entrance. Refresh with a complimentary cheese board. Take the picnic basket and rug provided, & explore the Mountain. We are located on the Main Road leading into Gallery Walk. If you are sensitive to road noise we might not be the perfect place for you.
