The cottage is a fully furnished 1 bedroom, 1 bath with a pull out King couch in the living room. We are able to accommodate up to 4 people. Our kitchen is fully stocked for your cooking pleasure. We also have a small enclosed porch with a Office Desk and 2 cozy reading chairs in case you need to mix business with leisure. And last but not least you will have your own private entrance, parking and shady garden patio. Walking distance to the major studios, incredible coffee shops, restaurants, bus stops, markets, and close to all major freeways. We have AT&T Uverse if you'd prefer to spend a day just watching our flat screen TV. And we have free wi-fi if you need to update your social media with the fantastic photos of your trip. The cottage is in our backyard separated by a trellis filled with roses year round,. You can be as private as you would like or come sit on your front porch and visit with us. A short stroll down Riverside Dr. leads to Toluca Lake, home to many celebrities. Spend the day at Disneyland, Warner Brothers Studio Tour, Universal Studio, or walking Hollywood blvd. Restraunt row is a stroll away filled with local coffee shops and Award winning restraunts! Rest, relax, explore, repeat! I'm sure you've heard the expression, "Nobody drives in LA." Well, that's mostly true. We are very close to a bus stop and subway. But we strongly recommend having a car for your visit. We are close to a lot of area attractions.
