Property within walking distance to the Lk George village shops, restaurants, beaches. Home owner onsite. We are here if needed and will respect your privacy at all times.

Newly constructed with your comfort in mind, the Loft draws you in with its' warm colors and open floor plan. It includes a full kitchen, propane fired wood stove, spacious living area, queen bed, Wi-fi, Smart TV, full bath with walk in shower, all hidden away on the 2nd floor. A simple and cozy (yes it's small!) retreat to recharge and escape the hub bub of everyday life. Dock use includes swimming area, kayaks, canoe and dock furniture. No dock space available for guest boats. Local country store & post office available. 1 hr from Albany. 45 mins from Saratoga, 15 mins from Lake George Village. Hiking & biking trails nearby.

The guest residence is decorated in a rustic adirondack style, with spacious living room, kitchen and 2 decks overlooking the lake, and plenty of parking. Comfy queen sized beds in both bedrooms. Master bedroom has cooling mattress, so you'll sleep like a baby! The living room can accommodate a couple of additional people.
