The Cosy Little Beach Shack: Pets are Welcome

The Little Shack is a modern bungalow with a spacious double gated yard area, less than 1km from the beach. It is situated behind the main residence, 5 blocks from the main street of Warrnambool and a short drive to the river mouth. Around the corner are the Fletcher Jones gardens, a fish + chip shop, a laundromat and a cafe ~Wilba + Co. Most pets are welcome to stay with pre-approval. The bed mattress is a Melbourne made firm queen sized. Parking is on the street or the nature strip.

We are on the edge of Nth Warrnambool and only 3km to the CBD or 4km to the beach. there is free parking at the property and if you like to walk it's only 15 min or 2 min drive to bakery, bottleshop, supermarkets, Pizza, fish and chips, Thai and laundromat.

Acacia Park Farm Guest House.

Acacia Park Guest House is a spacious two bedroom farm house where coastal bliss meets rural charm. Set on five and a half acres only five minutes drive from the CBD and seven minutes drive from the Main Beach. Stroll around our large garden and enjoy watching the beautiful wildlife that lives in it, enjoy watching rabbits and birds that call our garden home we also have the occasional Koala call in. We have horses and sheep you can meet under supervision or enjoy watching them graze.

This brand new, stylish place is perfect for a comfortable stay. Great amenities. Close to racecourse, gateway shopping centre. 7min to CBD. 5min to Deakin University. Unit is built at the back of our house block. We live in the main house with our two young children (4yr and baby). You will walk down the driveway past our house but the unit is completely detached from the house. There is a backyard between the two that you may occasionally see us in ☺️ All towels and linen provided.

Enjoy your own private space, up high with the birds. Eat a free breakfast of smoothie & muesli, coffee & tea. You’re own separate space, behind my house that has its own entrance, a lush en-suite & lockable doors and block-out blinds.
