We want to introduce you to the beautiful Julia-Ann Square Historic District. The original owner Mary Logan had the initiative to build this 1920's home as an investment property. It's a stylish apartment, that is nestled in the middle of downtown. Here you can have everything at your doorstep. We fell in love with this property because it is canopied beneath big old shade trees and sits on "one of the prettiest streets in Parkersburg".

The Cottage on Blueberry Hill

High speed internet and smart TV. 5 person hot tub! Originally a Lodge for a Boy Scout Camp in the 1930s, the Cottage is a wonderful destination for those seeking a quiet country retreat. Located near Stockport, there is direct access to the Muskingum River via a short walking trail. Fishing (with license) permitted at one of the best spots on the River. There are over 2 miles of maintained hiking trails on the property

Secluded on 28 acres of woods, yet less than 15 minutes to Marietta, this small modern house has floor to ceiling windows that show off its beautiful setting. Beautifully placed cabin in wild & wonderful West Virginia. Secluded in a field with wild life at every corner! This cabin was gutted and remodeled over the past four years.
