Our cosy space is a renovated garage situated next to our house but you will have your own private entrance and lock safe. Parking is also available. ‘Santina’ Shepherd's Hut with hot tub & open views

Santina is the perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of life! Positioned in a field behind our farmhouse, the shepherd hut is surrounded by farm land. Guests can enjoy relaxing in the hot tub (** see 'details to note' re cost) or star gazing by the fire pit under skies that are not interrupted by streetlamps before retiring to the cosiness of the hut which is heated by a log burner. Lots of lovely local walks. Easy access to the A14 & A1 and perfect location for exploring local villages.

Converted Barn overlooking fields.

Built in 1634, the Barn is on the edge of a village 5m from Market Harborough in Leicestershire. Converted in 2017, it's on our property but separate from it. Light and airy, it's one room/open plan downstairs, with areas for cooking, dining and relaxing. French doors lead out onto a pretty courtyard garden, with stone steps up to a raised area, where you can watch the sunset over the fields. Upstairs there's a well-equipped bedroom and bathroom with far reaching views over the countryside.

Unique Countryside hideaway

Unique rural retreat perched on a hill in open countryside with breathtaking views. The Retreat is a self-contained 3 bedroom home adjacent to our barn conversion in 13 acres. The barn was converted by ourselves over two levels - one ground floor and one underground (don't worry it is very light and airy on the lower floor!) The perfect place for a countryside getaway to totally relax and unwind. Great walking and cycling on your doorstep or just switch off, chill out and enjoy the space.

We created a self catering studio apartment from our hay loft during the lockdown of 2020. In the heart of the Welland Valley in Leicestershire there are are wonderful views up the hill to Nevill Holt (home of the Nevill Holt Opera Festival) and from the sofa you will be able to watch the sun setting behind the hill. Clock Cottage is a self contained open plan suite located on the ground floor with garden views located within a characterful rural village within a 5 minute drive from Rutland water. The living area can be used as a family/friends bedroom with the use of a fold out sofa bed. Ideal for a couple.

Fermyn Woods Country Park is a short walk away, rich in flowers birds and butterflies including Hawfinches and Purple Emperor Butterflies. The area has many gastro pubs, gardens and various markets to explore. We are happy to make recommendations to suit you as well as our favourite!

Located in the beautiful village of Sudborough, 20 mins from the towns of Kettering, Corby and Oundle. One king- sized bedroom upstairs with a small kitchenette with induction hob and combi microwave in an open-plan living space downstairs. We are pet friendly with small, private enclosed garden and terrace for the property . Dominic and Emily live on-site, across the courtyard garden at the front of the property, however The Hayloft feels perfectly private.

This charming historic grade II listed thatched cottage oozing with charm in the beautiful village of Weldon. Experience a piece of History in this wonderful property with its exposed beams, cozy lounge - a wonderful place to relax and unwind. Please note: this wonderful house was built in an era when low ceilings were the norm. The dining room and lounge ceilings are quite low which might be a challenge for those guests over 6ft 1 inch tall.
