I'm an architect, and originally designed the studio as a workspace at the rear of our home for my photographer husband, Ian. Wake up to birdsong nestled on the edges of Trelissick Park in Ngaio! This fun 70s vibe self-contained downstairs unit has two rooms, a lounge to chill out in and a full kitchen. Just 10mins walk from Ngaio train station you are one stop away from the central city. The bus stop just down the street is even closer. Only a 5min drive to the Interislander Ferry Terminal. Please note this is a hilly area. Access is steep and not accessible if stairs are a problem. Parking is on street only.
