Literally 2 minutes to the airport this private and cute little cottage is a tiny home nestled in native bush with greatviews over Miramar, the sea and airport. Great for plane spotting. There is a small deck where you can relax and unwind. Wake up in the morning to bird song and tuis overhead. There is a private garden to enjoy and walking and cycle ways close by. (Pase note there is a fairly steep driveway to the carpark area. Easy to drive up, not suitable to walk with a lot of luggage. )

I'm an architect, and originally designed the studio as a workspace at the rear of our home for my photographer husband, Ian. We've recently converted it to a self-contained dwelling, so we can share what we love about the city. There are 2 spaces (bedroom ± separate kitchen/bathroom) a few steps apart & linked by a covered walkway. The cosy bedroom has a queen size bed, desk for work or eating, good WiFi & comfortable seating. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking & the bathroom has a great shower. The nook outside the bedroom is perfect for a morning coffee.

Nestled in close proximity to Zealandia, you will likely see Tui, Kereru and even the odd Kaka during your stay. The studio is located down a quiet cul-de-sac with off-street parking and easy access.

With it's own access, and fully fenced outdoor yard, you will be able to relax and enjoy the green bush setting and bird song during your stay, while still being close to Wellington's best attractions.

Welcome to our newly renovated studio. We are located on the border of Hataitai and Roseneath and enjoy fantastic views over the harbour nestled in native bush. The studio is equipped with a queen bed, separate shower, wood burner, table and chairs and tea and coffee-making facilities along with a fridge. We also have off-street parking and wifi.
