Don't leave your dog at home, Wells is perfect for beach walks and we've got space for two dogs (well behaved obviously!). You'll find all you need here for a relaxing home from home holiday.

Free driveway parking for two medium-sized cars, plus EV charger. Also free on-street parking. Both bedrooms have king-size (5ft) beds; bed 2 can be split into 2 x 2ft 6in single beds. Separate lounge plus open-plan kitchen/diner. 2 bathrooms, including a downstairs shower, ideal after a day on the beach. Centrally heated, also a cosy real-flame gas fire.

Twixt is a mid-terrace Victorian cottage located in the idyllic North Norfolk village of Burnham Overy Staithe. It's just a short walk from the picturesque quay and the North Norfolk coastal path. Recently refurbished and fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay - whether a weekend or a longer break - it will comfortably accommodate four people in the two bedrooms which are furnished with a kingsize and twin beds. There is also room for a travel cot in the master bedroom.

We welcome you to Westacre Cottage in the picturesque village of Binham. With wonderful views of the countryside, a great spot to sit back, relax & enjoy your stay. Just a short walk will take you to the Palour Cafe, The Little Dairy Shop & of course the impressive Benedictine Priory & ruins. Just a short stroll away to the village you will find the Village shop & the Chequers Pub. Situated on the North Norfolk coast, an ideal base for guests to explore the beaches & many local attractions.

Seawood House is a stunning home with seaviews, just a few minutes from the Quay and beach beyond. Recently renovated to embrace the character of this 19 century house with stylish interiors. Seawood House sleeps 8 people in 4 bedrooms including the master bedroom on the top floor with sea views. 2 bedrooms have ensuites. There is a TV & games room in the basement plus a stylish dining room and kitchen with bifold doors onto the courtyard. A living room with woodburner completes the house

You will be close to everything in Wells next the Sea when you stay at this centrally-located detached home. Just a short stroll from the harbour, Wayfarer offers 1 Superking, 1 Double and 2 twins- sleeping up to 8 plus an infant. The private garden and parking is pretty unique in central Wells. New owners have recently updated the property, including a large new kitchen/diner, bathroom & en-suite shower room. There’s also a large sunny living room with an open fire. Perfect for families.

Stable Cottage, Blakeney: a few steps from the sea

A minutes walk from the quay, accommodation for the discerning guest looking for comfort in a tasteful, relaxing environment. The cottage has been renovated with a gorgeous contemporary feel throughout. Close to local eateries, the sea, and local wildlife, it is great for couples and families (dogs welcome). Heating and hot water are switched on. Wood for the burner is provided from October to the end of March. We also supply bath products, milk, tea, coffee and a bottle of wine on arrival.

Pepperpot cottage

This delightful and newly renovated house is located in a quiet, but central location in the heart of the historic North Norfolk market town, Holt. Just a few seconds stroll from the busy Byfords restaurant cafe and situated in the centre of the town and its multitude of shops and local attractions, this is the perfect bolthole getaway.  There is private parking for one vehicle. The cottage offers a perfect living space for a families or a couple. Note: This is a non-smoking property.

We bought Malvern in 2016 and have lovingly renovated it to create a fabulous family home. The kitchen/dining/family room is perfect for socialising with friends and family and the 5 bedrooms and 3 luxury bath/shower rooms comfortably accommodate 10 guests. The house is perfectly positioned within the heart of the bustling coastal town of Wells-Next-the-Sea and is walking distance from the picturesque quay, award winning sandy beach and numerous pubs, cafes, restaurants and shops.
