Small Paradise above the Walensee

Guests have a separate apartment with their own kitchen, bath and living room but they share the same entrance to the house with the owner. All the surroundings of the house can be used by the guests. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, electric stove, cooking utilities (inclusive herbs, vinegar and oil) cutlery and tableware. Food needs to be brought by the guests. The nearest store is a 30min drive away. A Fondue-Set is available upon request. There is also a Nespresso machine inclusive capsuls and an open fire place right next to the house. The main bedroom includes a double bed (1.40m) and there is another separate room with a single bed, inclusive bedding. The bathroom comes with towels, shampoo, shower gel and a hair dryer.

Allgäuliebe Waltenhofen

Von dieser Unterkunft aus ist man in Nullkommanichts an allen wichtigen Orten. Zu Fuß innerhalb 3 Minuten erreicht man den Supermarkt, die Bäckerei, den Metzger, die Apotheke und ein Restaurant mit Biergarten. In der Stadt Kempten ist man mit dem Auto in 5 Min., eine Bushaltestelle ist in Sichtweite. Die Wohnung (90qm) befindet sich im 1. Stock, ist sehr hell und geräumig. Von der Terrasse blickt man auf ein Fauna-Flora-Habitat. Im Umkreis von wenigen KM findt man Wanderwege, Seen u. Skigebiete.

Haslach liegt direkt am Grüntensee auf ziemlich genau 900 m Höhe. Bergsteigen -Skifahren -Skilanglauf-Ausflüge/Kultur Gästekarte: Sie bekommen bei uns die Gästekarte für die kostenlose Nutzung des öffentlichen Nahverkehrs und zahlreiche Vergünstigungen im Allgäu . Kurtaxe: 1,40 € pro Erw/Nacht, 0.80€ pro Kind/Nacht (6J-15J) direkt vor Ort zu entrichten.

Ab der Haustüre erreicht ihr in wenigen Gehminuten den ersten Badesee sowie unzählige größere und kleinere Wanderungen. Wen es noch weiter aus dem Luftkurort Immenstadt zieht, erkundet das schöne Allgäu mit dem Bus oder Zug, die beide in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar sind.

Paradies direkt am See mit Sauna am Wasser

Diese wunderschöne Neubauwohnung (80 qm Wohnfläche) ist prima geeignet für alle Bodenseeliebhaber, Wanderer, Mountainbiker und Naturliebhaber. Ausflugsziele wie die Marienschlucht, die Insel Mainau und Konstanz sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Bodman liegt am Überlinger See und bietet ein paar nette Restaurants. Fewo "die Stub"

Unsere neue Fewo "die Stub" ist der perfekte Ausgangspunkt für eureTouren ins Vilstal und die umliegende Bergwelt da wir schon mitten im Waldgebiet sind. Neuschwanstein ist mit dem Auto nur 25 min entfernt. Nach einer Tour könnt ihr in der Vils die Füsse kühlen oder in die umliegenden Badeseen springen. Im Winter sind verschiedene Lifte ca 25 min mit dem Auto entfernt oder ihr macht eine Schneeschuhtour vom Haus aus. Der Ortskern ist 3,5 km entfernt wo ihr alles nötige kaufen könnt.

Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig gelegen, mitten im Oberallgäu, mit vielen Skigebieten, Langlaufloipen, Wanderwegen, Badeseen, Rennradstrecken und Mountainbiketrails vor der Haustür. Die Wohnung hat eine Fussbodenheizung, schnelles WLAN, ein Schlafsofa, ist geräumig mit topmoderner Ausstattung und Parkplatz. Auf Wunsch auch Brezel- und Semmellieferung.

We recommend the arrival by car, since the nearest train station is about 8 km away and there is no public transport on site!
