Outdoor veranda space includes a swimming pool , outdoor kitchen(microwave,fridge , gas cook top,Keurig (with coffee),toaster, gas fireplace, and large screen Smart TV. . Separate entrance from the house. 14 miles to airport (20 mins) 10 miles to downtown Beaches(Kiawah-24 miles or Folly Beach-16miles ). Take in the peace, calm, and hospitality of Charleston at this small, quaint, stand-alone cottage. The studio is situated on our property and shares an outdoor lounge and dining area. Located in the neighborhood of Ashley Forest, a small corner of Avondale, you are walking distance to breweries, cafes, wine bars, sushi restaurants and more. Downtown is a 10 minute ride share away, and there is also a bus stop five minutes from the property that will take you to the heart of King Street.
