Fully equipped characterful cottage a few steps from mumbles seafront promenade, close to beaches, with driveway parking for 2 vehicles & private garden. Ideally located for a flat stroll by the sea to bustling Mumbles village with a wide range of restaurants, cafe-bars, pubs, independent shops & M&S food. Easy access to nearby beaches and the stunning Gower peninsula with Three cliffs Bay, Rhosilli, Worms head and coastal walks. Near Swansea Uni, Wales National Pool, Singleton & Clyne Parks.

Sea Breeze is a very charming open plan house with it's own private parking spaces. It has a well-equipped kitchen, the dining area caters up to 6 persons and the spacious lounge offers a comfortable seating area with electric fire and Smart TV. The French doors allows a continuation of the romantic feel with its cosy outside terrace and sea view while upstairs offers 1 King sized bed, 1 double and 2 singles. There are 3 bathrooms each with a shower with the main bathroom offering a bathtub.

The cottage has been fully refurbished. It offers a combination of contemporary and old in a minimalistic manner. Full use of all the facilities within the cottage. They include a 40 inch smart TV in the lounge, TV in the kitchen, TVs in 2 / 3 bedrooms. (King and Double) The single rear bedroom leads out to a decking area. Fully equipped kitchen. For anyone who has stayed in Mumbles they will be aware of parking issues - this is not a problem here as there is a private off road parking area.
