Waterfront Round House View

A unique little beach house on the south shore of long island with the most beautiful view. The house is located on a canal. Dock is available! **We have Paddle Boards, Surf Boards and 3- 2 person Kayaks onsite for you to use during your stay. You can get to the Great South Bay by paddling to the mouth of the canal. And you can get to Fire Island by hiring a Water Taxi to pick you up! The octagon house was built in the 1970s. It's recently been refreshed with all new beds & linens.

This upstairs studio is in the heart of Long Island. You will find towels, sheets, a full kitchen with dishes and cutlery. The refrigerator unit has a full sized freezer and fridge. The oven is electric and full sized as well. There is a desk area with Wi-Fi. I have Verizon service. It also has a Vizio smart TV. There is free street parking. Quiet hours are from 10pm until 7am. Loud footsteps and television, running, jumping and conversations disturb my guests below.

Whether you want go to the beach,shopping,or head to New York City for a broadway show, this is the perfect place. Our home is conveniently located in Amityville, NY. We are less than 10 mins away by car from Jones Beach, where you can enjoy a concert, or simply soak in the sun and enjoy the waves. We are close to Route 110, where you will find plenty of restaurants, bars and local shops. We are less than 5 mins by car to the mall and/or the train to New York City.

IMPORTANT BACKYARD/POOL: The backyard and pool are shared amenities and are not included as a private or exclusive part of your Airbnb reservation. Access may occasionally be limited or unavailable. Guests interested in using the pool are welcome to contact me in advance with preferred times and I will do my best to accommodate requests whenever possible. The apartment itself is completely private and reserved exclusively for Airbnb guests.
