The modern studio is nestled in a luxurious garden providing a sense of serenity at the rear of our 130-year-old heritage house. Warm up next to the wood-fire after a short stroll to the local restaurants, bars and cafes located in North Hobart. Situated within 1.9km of the CBD and 2.8km to Salamanca waterfront, there is a bus stop at the end of the street. A microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker and fridge are provided for your convenience, as well as a BBQ on your private deck.

Lacey House - walk to CBD and Salamanca

Lacey House is a beautifully renovated 2-bedroom apartment on the edge of Hobart's CBD. Styled with comfort in mind it combines historic charm with modern convenience. Within walking distance of all Hobart has to offer: around the corner you will find Pigeon Hole Café and 3 blocks down the street our local farmer's market runs every Sunday. A short 5-10 minute walk takes you to Salamanca, Mona Ferry and the waterfront precinct with its many cafés, bars and restaurants.

"The Cave" is a stylish and unique self-contained apartment under my centrally located 1885 West Hobart home. It is a 15 minute walk to the city centre and a short walk to the Elizabeth Street North Hobart cafe strip. With the stairs to the entry and the bed in a raised platform "nook", "The Cave" may not be for everyone, but if you're looking for well located lodgings that ooze atmosphere I think you'll love it!
