Enjoy freedom to walk and enjoy the countryside yet only 3 miles from Kelso, a lovely market town with lovely shops, Castle, Abbey restaurants, garden centres. Garden Bank Cottage is on ground level facing south across lovely countryside to the River Eden and the Cheviot Hills on the horizon. Garden Bank has two bedrooms and two shower rooms. A great base for exploring the Northumberland coast + the Borders

Craigiehall Temple (historic property built 1759)

Make your trip to Edinburgh truly memorable with a stay at Craigiehall Temple. Built in 1759 and situated in its own grounds on a former part of the Craigiehall Estate, its Grade A listed for its stunning portico displaying the arms of the 1st Marquess of Annandale. A plaque on the wall carries a quote from Horace: "Dum Iicet in rebus jucundis vive beatus", "Live happy while you can among joyful things". We hope that a stay at the Temple will deliver this experience and stay true to this vision

This charming, cosy cottage in the scenic village of Kirk Yetholm is the ideal countryside escape. The village has everything you need; pub, small shop, butcher and is surrounded by beautiful countryside and walking routes up the Cheviot Hills. This cottage is perfect for couples or small families who are looking for a peaceful setting to unwind, relax and enjoy the natural countryside. It is also an ideal base for hikers on the Pennine Way and cyclists completing the Borderloop Cycle Route.

The Humble Hut

The Humble Hut is cosy with everything you need to feel at home. On warm days, open the top dutch door and let the air flow through and when its cold its great to snuggle up by the fire. Outside there is a private area that is ideal for sunbathing or having lunch or a glass of wine. There is seating around the hut so what ever time of day you can find a place to sit in the sun and admire the stunning views. At night if the sky is clear you can star gaze as we are in a dark sky area.

The Black Triangle Cabin

The Black Triangle Cabin is a peaceful getaway situated on our property just outside of Jedburgh, a historic town in the heart of the Scottish Borders. The Cabin sleeps 2 people in a king size bed, with a separate living/kitchen space boasting views through the woods and across the fields. If you keep an eye out, you may see the deer that pass through regularly, or even hear our resident owl. Ideally located only an hour from Edinburgh, Newcastle and the St Abbs coastline.

Mary Queen of Scot's chamber at Neidpath Castle is perhaps the most romantic place to stay in the Scottish Borders. Explore privately the whole castle and then retire to enjoy your suite rooms. The antique four poster bed, deep roll top bath and open fire evoke earlier times, but are truly comfortable and luxurious. An elegant table is set for breakfast. The Bothy

Situated in a quiet courtyard in the borders town of Coldstream. Ideal for walkers, golfers, fishing or just visiting the historic Scottish borders. Only 4 miles from Flodden battlefield, Kelso 10 miles Berwick 14 miles, Edinburgh less than an hour away. 2 Local pubs to chose from all within 5 minutes walk. The name Bothy means a refuge for travelers. The price includes airbnb's charges which I can do nothing about, we charge £70 per night the rest is airbnb commission.

This charming one bedroom cottage is tucked away with its own private woodland garden. A beautiful traditional stone built cottage with slate roof. The cottage sits in the heart of the historic Hirsel Estate, close to the Hirsel Lake and the Hirsel Homestead where you will find a cafe and farmshop, a pottery, glass workshop and artist studio as well as a museum. Way marked walks are available throughout the Estate.
