We're minutes from the warm, relaxing Melbourne beaches and from I-95. Our cottage is beachy, fresh and warm, cozy and safe (new roof and storm impact windows).

Make yourself at home in our updated 1930's bungalow. Located just a few blocks walk from all the shops & restaurants in downtown Melbourne. You'll only have a 5 minute drive to the beach! House has 2 bedrooms - 1 queen bed and 2 twins. There is a large fenced backyard for you to enjoy. We are also right across the street from the library which has a small walking path filled with all types of birds. We do allow 1 dog with a $100 pet fee. Dogs must be crated when left alone in the house.
