Located in a safe and friendly neighborhood, you’ll be just minutes from local restaurants, shops, and attractions.

This unique place has a style of its own. The home is brand new and has 3 tastefully furnished rooms that can accommodate 2 persons each. A 7th person can also comfortably sleep in the living room. The home has a 75” TV in the living room and a 65” in the master bathroom. Other amenities available include a laundry and dryer, a grill, dishwasher, cooktops, coffee maker, microwave, hair dryer and other home appliances to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

DOWNTOWN DESERT COTTAGE is conveniently located in downtown Odessa. It is a unique 1938 cottage nestled among BUSINESS BUILDINGS. Several important businesses are within walking distance. Medical Center and ORMC.There is a new Starbucks three blocks away. Several restaurants within walking distance. The house has everything for a comfy stay. ***THE COTTAGE SHARES A COMMON WALL WITH THE STUDIO IN BACK, HOWEVER NO COMMON AREA WITH SEPARATE ENTRANCE.***

The cabin is private and is located on an acre shared with other employee housing. Part of the road is unpaved and shown in a picture. Please take this fact into consideration before booking. I cannot pave the road as it does not belong to me. I have asked the county to possibly pave the road and charge all property owners on property taxes, but will not.
