Relax in our refurbished, self contained garden cottage with its quiet garden. There is a kitchenette a portable induction hob and air fryer. A shower/toilet, A comfortable lounge with TV overlooking the garden through the patio doors. The garden has seating, ideal for sunrise. Parking for 2 cars. The cottage is perfect for local site seeing- Bicester Village, Oxford ,Blenheim Palace and the Cotswolds Near Jeremy Clarkson pub and farm shop . We do one night stays from November to March .

The house has been renovated to a high standard, combining modern design with period features. Sleeping up to 4, it is an ideal bolt hole for friends, couples or families with children. Please note that the property has two narrow and steep staircases and is unsuitable for anyone with mobility issues. Please feel free to contact us to book dates that appear blocked out.

Stay with us in our stylish spacious open plan annex, enjoy the countryside views and feeding our animals, including our latest Cria (Alpaca baby). Additional option to walk our boy Alpacas. Two double bed annex with EMMA mattresses, a cosy lounge with stylish sofa & a fully equipped kitchen.
