It includes 2 bedrooms, each with a queen bed, and a full-size murphy bed in the living room. It has one full bathroom with a shower (no tub) and a half bathroom. It has a full kitchen, a gas grill on the large private deck, a private fire pit, and amazing views!

Furniture is all new and the sleeper sofa has a foam mattress (it's actually comfortable.)
