Ideal for romantic getaways, remote work, adventurers, professionals, families with older children, and dogs. Booking guest must be 25+ and all guests must be registered before arrival. As a daylight suite in our home, guests should expect normal household sounds.

Guests have full access to their own modern, quiet, comfortable private guest suite on the lower level of our home, plus a fenced garden/patio area. Hot Tub is Private, NOT SHARED and fully fenced in. Minutes from downtown Seattle and a couple of blocks to charming West Seattle! Lots of restaurants, shopping and a water taxi from Alki Beach (2 miles away) to Seattle's waterfront. We converted our garage into a getaway oasis, charming and comfortable. We have wifi, a free parking space reserved and an EV Charger (with Tesla adapter).
