It's in a nice, quiet neighborhood within walking distance from a variety of great restaurants, bars & coffee shops. It's in close proximity to downtown Seattle, even closer to Alki Beach & the West Seattle Water Taxi (to downtown) & just a mile from the vibrant Alaska Junction (where you'll find more great shops, restaurants, bars). My place is good for couples, solo adventurers & business travelers.

Serene City Studio

Vibrant studio guest house. Every comfort was thought of as this studio was designed (and used primarily for) visiting family. This studio offers 2 queen beds (one in a bedroom that can be sectioned off with a curtain and one as a pull out sofa in the media area), a gorgeous bath with a separate sink/vanity space, a pull down desk work space and a full kitchen with an eat- in bar that seats 3. Internet: WiFi 6, Ethernet ports, 1,200 mbps ISP. 2 foldout desk options provide work spaces.

Longfellow Creek

This one-bedroom apartment is nestled on a lovely property in the woods, and is still centrally located. The apartment is full of natural light, has Persian rug covered bamboo flooring throughout, a quartz counter-topped kitchen, fully tiled bathroom: floor and shower, and has a remarkably comfortable king size memory foam bed. Two pairs of french doors open the living room up to the garden. Longfellow creek borders the property, beavers included, and a network of park trails as-well.

Amazingly beautiful beachfront water view villa on Puget Sound. Watch whales and seals frolic in the waves. Bring your kayak or sailboard or rent them nearby. Dedicated bike lanes or roller skate! This is a paradise in the city - a cozy getaway when you need to relax; just 5-10 minutes walking from the best West Seattle has to offer along with easy access to parks, beaches, and restaurants, venues, and fun downtown. You will have your own private: entrance, patio, two-person sauna, room (bed, TV, and work desk), bathroom with heated floors, and kitchenette. *Note - this is the private 1st floor of our home, completely separated by floors and doors.

Enjoy your stay in beautiful West Seattle in our recently renovated guest studio complete with queen sized custom made Murphy bed, Egyptian cotton 1,000 thread count sheets and comfortable foam mattress. Full kitchenette with cooking tools and utensils, full bathroom, and fenced in back yard access with hammock to relax and enjoy. Free street parking in this quiet, laid back, residential area. Conveniently located just 15 min south of downtown and 15 north of the airport.

The Seattle House (guest house with a view)

Centrally located custom built guesthouse minutes from downtown, airport, and beach. Walk to coffee/deli or 5m drive to local businesses, restaurants, and groceries. 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom guest house with a qn bed on the main level, addt'l qn bed in loft area leading to view deck accessed via "ship's ladder" stairs. Outdoor patio with seating. Qn sleeper sofa in livingroom area with large smart tv and LED fireplace. Ideal for small families and couples. 4 guests.
