Located in very quiet Pillans Point, close to the city, the harbour and ocean beaches. We are also only an hours drive from Hobbiton ( film set for the Hobbit movies) and Rotorua thermal area. Situated within walking distance (2 mins) of Cafe, Bakery, both open for breakfasts and take-away. Bus route 200 mts. Restaurants, Supermarket, Chemist 2 mins drive. We are 5 minute drive to City Center, Uber $11.50 approx. Pick up from airport if required.

The apartment is on the top floor of a three level home with stunning 180 degree views of the harbour. It is difficult to capture the view which all our guests find breathtaking.
