Omokoroa - Original Kiwi Bach

Welcome to our little 1950's classic Kiwi Bach! Cozy 2 bedder, decent living area, huge front/back yards, all the comforts. Some say its the best location in Omoks! Beautiful calm swimming beach across the road and over the park. Within a stones throw is a dairy, cafe, restaurant/bar, playground, massive park, fishing wharf, boat ramp, and epic walk/bike paths. Not far away are hot pools, the best pizza & pies, fish & chips, golf course, supermarket... 20 mins drive to Tauranga/Mount Maunganui.

Laneway cottage

At Laneway cottage you will be woken by birdsong rather than traffic noise. Enjoy the expansive view with your morning coffee. Then rest, work from home quietly on your laptop, or take a 5min walk down the lane to the reserve and river. Your local activities are also minutes away as the house is only 10min drive from Central Tauranga, Bethlehem village, and the growing Tauranga Crossing area. While Laneway cottage is not ostentatious on the outside it is very cute and comfortable inside.

Sea Peeks

Original Kiwi holiday home from the past that has been added to and modernised to give you an ideal relaxed and comfortable holiday stay. This comfortable north facing fully fenced, three bedroom bach has great indoor/outdoor flow an outdoor hot shower and plenty of outdoor space to play. The Bach sits two houses back from the beach with peaceful sounds of the waves and peeks of the sea and Motiti Island. Pets are welcome to join you for you stay (refer to Pet House Rules below).

The Blue Bach

The Bach is light, modern, comfortable, within walking distance of beach and village. Sit on the deck and watch the sun go down over the hills, stroll a few hundred metres to the golden sand beach, or across the common to the village for coffee and shopping. There is unlimited fibre internet, ducted air conditioning and heating, and linen and bath-towels are provided. Please bring your own beach-towels. Maximum occupancy is 4 guest. No smoking, camping, or events.

De-Vine Cottage: 1 bedroom waterfront cutie

This cute, standalone waterfront cottage has yesteryear charm with all the stylish modern amenities and amazing seaviews. Only 10 minutes to central Tauranga, 10 minutes to one of the best beaches in NZ, and 15 minutes to infamous Mt Maunganui. Climb to the top of the Mount for unparalleled views or walk the base of the Mauao. Swim, hike, cycle, restaurants and bars, chillax and enjoy, even if you are here for work! it's all close! Karinya Cottage

Our little secret in Omanawa hidden away from busy roads. Offers the perfect getaway, surrounded by trees and paddocks so you can truly listen to the beautiful sounds that only nature can provide. The bedroom has French doors leading out to the deck. The kitchenette is well equipped to cook a meal. There is a dining table inside and a large deck with outdoor table and chairs. There is an outdoor bath and shower where you can relax and watch the stars at night.

Homewood Cottage

Homewood cottage is situated in a private garden behind the main homestead “Homewood”. Homewood was built in 1876 by Dr Thomas Fletcher and was the original farm house in the area. The cottage was built in the early 1900s when the property was owned by George Alley a well known philanthropist. Guests can enjoy the private lawn and garden around the cottage, and wander down the hedgerow to the pond overlooking the Tauranga harbour.

Beach Cottage

Located a two minute walk from the beach this coastal property with seaside decor is a private little hideaway. Perfect for a couples retreat, a weekend catch up with friends or a family holiday.
