During the summer the beach area is shared with the other 2 cabins on the property. The space has its own thermostat for heat and an air conditioner available as well for a the summer months. In addition, the property has A smart TV, DVD player and a selection of moves. Property recently renovated to include a full kitchen with a mini refrigerator.

Situated directly by the Ausable River and surrounded by beautiful vineyards and gardens you will be immersed in nature at any time if the year. It's sure to restore the soul. The gentle rumble of the river is ever present as you look out over the natural beauty. During the summer cool off in the river and come back to the screened in porch for an evening meal. In the winter fire up the pellet stove and get cozy. 15 minutes to Whiteface and Keene and 25 Minutes to Lake Placid.
