Kick back and relax in this stylish space a house back from the peaceful waterfront Patiki Bay/Moana Point Reserve, 5 mins drive or 30-45 walk from town. Airconditioning. The studio has its own entrance & bathroom. NO KITCHEN but has microwave, toaster, fridge, tea/coffee facilities & table. 30 seconds walk and you are in the reserve which wraps all the way to the marina and town. Welcome to your beach home away from home. An entire upstairs space located a stone's throw from the ocean beach and Otahu Estuary. Two large bedrooms, one bathroom and an open plan kitchen, dining and living area in addition to a deck and bbq set up for al fresco dining. Off street parking is under the deck. Freeview and WiFi available. Ideal for couples or small groups. Sleep to the sound of the ocean and wake up to the tuis. The owners live downstairs. No pets or children under 12.

Waihi Beach House Studio Unit

Self contained, fully carpeted studio unit. Very private. Not suitable for children or mobile infants. Waihi Beach is a short walk away from the studio unit. There are numerous cafes and restaurants nearby in the village all walking distance if required. During the winter season however some of the cafes and restaurants do close mid week. Please let me know if you require anything. There are two small dogs on the property but are contained in a seperate area from the studio unit.
