Enjoy outdoor entertaining on an enormous patio covered in palms, fountains and a raised herb garden available for guests. The studio apartment is newly renovated and cozy. It has a kitchenette and a large parking area. It is detached from the main house. The patio is fenced and safe for small dogs to run and play. I also have beach bikes and a two-man kayak available for use.

The north-facing house sits on a one-way brick street and is an easy walk to everything in this quaint, Greek-flavored town. We are close to some of the best beaches in the U.S. We're pet friendly but do have restrictions and a fee that is determined by several factors. Please inquire.
