Chalet directly on the Chestatee River. Sleeps 6 adults and 4 children. There are three bedrooms and an open loft with bunk beds. Charcoal grill with picnic table and fire pit. The river is stocked with various trout. 6 person covered hot tub. Within a few miles to local wineries, six miles from downtown Dahlonega and 18 miles from the town Helen. Our homes are spotless. We have 4 kayaks, 6 tubes, 2 lounging rafts, slide into the river, swing by river, horseshoe pit, fire pit, gas grill, etc. Hot tub on screened porch. Kayaks are out from mid March or beginning of April depending on river temps and weather. Tubes end of May till September. Also depending on weather. There’s a fire pit & swing down by river. Huge screened porch with hot tub and open porch upstairs. Our home is fully stocked for your stay.

The home includes unlimited use of your own 4 private kayaks and 6 tubes, slide into river, horseshoe pit, fire pit & swing by river. All for your personal use. The water supplies are only available in warm weather and when river temperature allow We are on a quiet area of the river and don’t have constant tubers like in Helen. We are right on the Chattahoochee river, unlike other homes in our area no steep steps to river. Hiking books are in home too.
