We are located a few minutes’ drive from The Klam'er Tavern and Marina and about 30 minutes from Saratoga Springs and Albany, where art performances, concerts and dining experiences await you. At all times, you can enjoy the view on the river from your own private patio or the warmth of the fire pit in the yard.

Last house on a dead end rd. 5 min from Southwestern VT Medical Center. 40 min from Mount Snow. 25 min from MassMoca. 15 min walk to Main St where you can enjoy great food and shops. No smoking on premises. Please note there is stairs separating the bedroom (downstairs) and living area, bathroom, and kitchen (upstairs). The stairs are steep and may be difficult for some people.

Private Tree Farm Cabin

Newly renovated cabin located privately on 100 acre tree farm. Located within 20 miles from three ski resorts, a short drive to Battenkill River, Manchester Outlets and just a 10 minute drive to VAST trails/ National Forrest. Come and stay for a ski trip, hiking, foliage viewing or to relax on the property with access to walk or snow shoe through our trails of Christmas Trees. Guest Cottage Battenkill BnB- A Peaceful Getaway

This newly renovated carriage house is nestled in the Battenkill River Valley alongside a picturesque spring fed Marsh . The post and beam structure is private and quiet as it is distanced from my family home . The kitchen is stocked with a bounty of delicious local and organic self serve breakfast choices plus a wide range of organic coffees and teas.Please feel free to let us know if you have any dietary restrictions.

This classic log cabin has been recently renovated so that you can unwind and connect to the picturesque landscape that envelopes this property. You can drive 30 minutes west to North Adams and visit Mass Moca or 30 minutes east to Northampton, Amherst & Hadley. (Please note, 1/2 of the bedrooms is an open loft).
