We have recently added a lovely conservatory/dining room overlooking the garden This cottage is located in the picture perfect quaint town with boutique shops and seafood restaurants, all in short walking distance. The beach is 215 meters from the house. The house is on a pedestrianized street opposite two friendly local pubs. New Inn opposite has live music most weekends which may disturb young families at bedtime? Waves does not have private parking but there is unrestricted parking on adjacent streets close by.At busy times you have to be patient ! There are several public car parks close by but we have never needed to use them

We live here part time so it is fully equipped and the amenities are all available for you to use, including beach kit. Please note that we have a strict adults only policy and that the maximum number of adults is 2. We love animals, but unfortunately we also have a ‘no pets’ policy as well.

The Beach at Whitstable is dog friendly all year round and a two minute walk from our cottage. All bed linen and towels provided.
